We were called to investigate damp in a house in Staffordshire this week where the clients insurers had sent various people out and nobody knew where the water was coming from.
They called The Leak Team who investigated using our endoscope camera and look what we found behind the shower in the house next door! This running water has been leaking for some time and has seeped through the party wall creating damp in the next house.
Problem solved and one 100% satisfied customer who said we provide a “Very knowledgeable and efficient service”.
Now the next door neighbour can fix the leak and our client has the peace of mind that the cause of the problem has been found, with their insurers covering the cost of our investigations.
